2026 Principal's Message
From Light to Life
The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.
Proverbs 4:18
As we begin a new academic year here at KCPSS, we are excited by what lies ahead in our school curriculum and programmes. God has been faithful and provided for us opportunities to refresh and renew our approach to developing our KCPians, even as we celebrate our excellent 2025 results and posting of new students to KCPSS.
Adolescence is a season of growth marked by change, exploration and progress in ways that are different for every student. This is expected and embraced in KCPSS. We believe every student is known by God, valued and growing, even when progress is not immediately visible. Learning is not about results, but about confidence, character and clarity, formed over time.
Indeed, it is our identity as a School on a Hill that signals that education in KCPSS is a shining light, offering guidance, hope and direction for students and the community, especially in times when our paths may seem uncertain. We want our students to learn beyond the curriculum, experiencing how to grow in diverse ways. With your support and by God’s grace, they will develop resilience in struggle, humility in success and courage in the face of challenges. Moments of difficulty are not setbacks, but when strength and maturity begins.
We commit to walking closely with your child, through strong relationships, school structures and thoughtful guidance, so that every KCPians grows through support, not pressure. We value professionalism and high standards, working to develop each year into a chapter in our shared journey that shapes every students’ future with joy and hope.
You are a vital partner for this to come to pass. Your presence, encouragement and trust will anchor our journey together, and provide crucial support as your child navigates adolescence and learning. Let us work together to nurture young people who live out our shared values and hopes, From Light to Life. May they ever be grounded in values, confident in their identity and always ready to serve with purpose.
To God be the Glory!
